Bible

We agree the Bible to be the inerrent Word of God.

  • That the 66 books of the Old and New Testament were inspired by the Spirit of God as originally written, and that as the writing in Timothy 2:15 declares, we in leadership are required to;
"Study to show oursleves approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." We examine the original language and prepare a message that meets all of God's objectives for His people to hear.
  • That the Bible is the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct · 2 Timothy 3:16

God

We agree in one God, Creator of all, holy, sovereign, eternal, with an administrative Godhead existing in three equal Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit and as Isaiah 11 and Revelation 1:4 declare the seven spirits of God around His Throne. God is a perfect 10. In Hebrew "Yod," the tenth letter is "Divine Perfection." It includes how that Divine Perfection interacts with our human lives through His hands.

Jesus Christ

We agree in the absolute and essential deity of our Lord Jesus Christ

  • In His eternal existence, with the Father in pre-incarnate glory
  • In His work of creation, in His virgin birth, sinless life, substitutionary death and bodily resurrection
  • In His triumphant ascension, mediatorial ministry and personal return

The Holy Spirit

We agree in the absolute and essential deity, and in the personality of the Holy Spirit

  • Who convinces of sin, of righteousness and of judgment
  • Who regenerates, indwells, seals, sanctifies, illuminates and comforts those who believe in Jesus Christ
  • Who baptizes believers at conversion into the Body of Christ (as being "Born-Again"). The old spirit is crucified with Christ and the new is perfect as Jesus spirit being created by the Holy Spirit. The new spirit has no desire to sin, however, it endures a corrupt body waiting for change.

Mankind

We agree that Adam was divinely created in the image of God

  • That by the sin of disobedience he fell from that state
  • That all his posterity inherited spiritual depravity and defilement
  • That all men therefore are guilty before God and condemned to physical and spiritual death

Salvation

We agree that salvation is by the sovereign grace of God

  • That by the Father, Jesus was sacrificed and out of His great love for His Father, He voluntarily suffered a propitiatory death
  • That justification is by faith (the Words of God) alone in the all-sufficient sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ and we are saved by Grace through faith (the Words of God).
  • John 3:16 - Whosoever, anyone, who believes on the Lord Jesus, accepts Him as Lord and Savior, will be saved. Salvation encourages a renwal of mind and a change in behaviors. We work on "sinning no more."
